Reconversion of a foreign professional pilot certificate
Obtention requirements

 

Minimum 18 years.

To have successfully passed the theoretical professional helicopter pilot exam.

To have the class 1 CEMPN  medical visit valid.

To have a valid foreign professional pilot’s licence.

To have the qualification of the helicopter type used for the training valid.

To have a minimum of 185 hours of helicopter flight at the end of the training.



Training program (training period, minimum 2 weeks)

 

The applicant’s experience can be examined on a case by case basis with the civil aviation.

1,5 h of theoretical evaluation on ground.

1,5 h of practice evaluation in flight.

10 h minimum of visual flight instruction.

If the candidate has the night flight qualification: 5 h minimum of instrument flight instruction.

If the candidate does not have the night flight qualification:
   
10 h of instrument flight instruction
   5 h of instrument flight instruction
   2 h flight exam
